以小高层为例谈少量剪力墙的框架结构设计

【摘要】在近年来的社会发展中，随着国民经济和人们生活水平的提高，人们对于建筑结构也提出了越来越高的要求。建筑事业的飞速发展为建筑工程施工带来了一定的影响，也促使了建筑结构逐步朝着复杂化、个性化发展。由于传统的普通剪力墙结构由于空间的限制和无法改变而无法满足人们对室内空间的个性化追求要求，使得在目前的工程项目中以剪力墙为主的框架建筑结构逐步受到人们的关注。本文就小高层工程项目中，短肢剪力墙的设计要点进行了总结和分析，为目前工程项目的施工提供了参考与借鉴基础。

　　Abstract in social development in recent years, with the national economy and people's living standards improve, people building structure proposed increasing demands. The rapid development of the building cause certain impact for building construction, also contributed to the building structure gradually towards the development of complex, personalized. Ordinary shear wall structure can not meet people's individual pursuit of indoor space requirements due to space limitations and can not be changed, so that the current projects mainly in shear wall frame building structure gradually attentions . The small senior project short shear wall design points are summarized and analyzed, provide reference and experience the basis for the construction of the projects.
