外保温砂浆贴饰面砖施工工艺试验研究
摘要:当前可持续发展、建设节约型社会成为国家建设的基本原则,建筑节能技术不仅是衡量国家建筑科技水平的重要标志,也对节约资源、保护环境,实施可持续发展战略产生重大作用。我国建筑能耗高于发达国家,主要表现在建筑物保温与供热系统状况差,故外墙外保温受到了高度重视,大力推广外墙保温技术不仅可以提高人民居住舒适度,还可以提高能源的利用率。因此本文对外保温砂浆贴饰面砖工艺试验进行了研究。

Abstract: the current sustainable development, building a conservation-oriented society to become the national basic principle of construction, building energy conservation technology is not only a measure of national construction science and technology level the important symbol, also to save resources, protect environment, implementing the strategy of sustainable development have a significant role. China's building energy consumption is higher than that of the developed countries, mainly in the heat preservation of buildings and heating system in poor condition, so the exterior insulation is highly, popularization of external wall exterior insulation technology can not only improve the people's living comfort, but also can improve the efficiency of energy use. Therefore this article external thermal insulation mortar paste decorative tile process experimental study.

我国每年有 10 亿平方米的民用建筑投入使用,建筑能耗占总能耗的比例已从 1978年的 10%上升到目前的 30%左右。大力发展节能型建筑已成为共识。而伴随对节约能源与保护环境的要求不断提高,建筑维护结构的保温技术也在日益加强,在严寒地区,外墙内保温技术已逐渐淘汰;外墙外保温技术得到长足发展,并成为我国一项重要的建筑节能技术。
1.工艺试验的必要性
在欧美发达国家,建筑外墙采用高级涂料装饰的占到 90%,日本高层建筑采用外墙涂料的约占 80%,他们所采用的中高档涂料,耐久性长达 10~20 年,有的用期更长。此外,新加坡、马来西亚等国家立法规定,高层建筑不允许用面砖装饰。
