土建外检技术的未来分析

　摘要：同中国国民经济领域所有其他行业一样，改革开放以来中国建筑业行业经历了一个高速发展的过程，建筑业全行业始终处于持续扩张状态，这种扩张的态势不仅仅表现在行业销售额的持续扩张，也表现在从业人数的持续增加，以及行业内资质以上公司数量的持续增长。建筑业行业拥有并不断孕育出产值百亿的超大型企业。这些似乎都标志着建筑业行业经济发展势头的茁壮、旺盛，以及经济界对这种势头的认同。而外检技术又是实现这一目标的有利保证。中国土建外检技术工作的现实状况究竟是什么样的？它的发展方向是什么？成为行业内一个值得思考的问题。

　　一我国目前土建工作的成就
　　过去的几十年里，我国国民经济保持了平稳快速发展，固定资产投资规模不断扩大，为建筑业的发展提供了良好的市场环境。
　　1工程建设成就辉煌。建筑业完成了一系列设计理念超前、结构造型复杂、科技含量高、使用要求高、施工难度大、令世界瞩目的重大工程；完成了上百亿平方米的住宅建筑，为改善城乡居民居住条件做出了突出贡献。
　　2产业规模创历史新高。2010年，全国具有
