浅论施工企业协调管理中的人际协调管理

摘要：项目部是工程施工企业直接进行生产管理的主体，在面对业主、监理、驻地群众、当地政府及劳务协作队伍时，经常遇到协调、处理人际关系问题。本文通过对人际协调管理产生问题的原因，处理方法及实际意义的深入研究，总结出在处理人际协调问题时，要坚持以法、以情、以义、以智的思想。认真处理好这方面的工作，对施工生产具有重要的作用，对施工企业具有重要的意义。

　　中铁二局作为国有大型工程施工企业，无论是在历史文化积淀，还是工程施工质量上都是具有良好口碑的，60年的发展，树立了中铁二局在我国建筑工程施工领域一块响当当的工程施工品牌。对工程施工来说，无论是工程的外观形象、工程的实体、质量，还是安全生产等方面，都能得到很好的控制和保证。随着时代的不断进步，中铁二局秉承开路先锋精神，锐意进取，不断创新，由中铁二局建造许多建筑物已被定格为时代进步的象征产品工程。施工对中铁二局来说已经不属难事，倒是施工过程中的协调和配合工作，经常严重影响施工进程，对施工管理提出了新的课题。协调及配合工作最重要的就是人际协调工作，该工作贯穿于施工管理全过程，并起着非常重要的作用。本文就以中铁二局四公司吉草高速公路第C04合同段项目经理部的人际协调工作为例，简单探讨施工企业协调管理中的人际协调管理问题。
